Basically it starts with investors groups hiding they money in stock so they can avoid paying taxes but once they control the stock they don't care about the company and only want short term profits so they can get their money out fast and put it in other corporations stock unless it's a sure thing like Disney then they want to protect the shit out of it by only making safe choices, they lobby brive and become buddy buddy with politicians too so they have complete control and their money is safe, these are all rich people who don't work, don't produce anything and are only rich by virtue of being rich
Then corruption starts working its way to the bottom until every single person in that company is corrupted and it won't ever go under because the people who control it control everything and if it ever does it doesn't matter because they will take their money away first and everyone in management will be taken care of there is no risk involved
