Can she turn other thing intangible? Like her motorcycle or the Pym building? Because otherwise she needs to either keep parts of her body tangible or keep her entire body tangible while escaping.
If she can keep parts of her body tangible then that gives Scott and Hope a target to focus on, and if she has to turn fully tangible then she'd need to defeat both Ant-Man and Wasp before she can run away.
Of course if she can turn invisible then they're screwed.
