I feel that way with any such example. They make me very uncomfortable. Like, let's say, there's a movie about a serial killer that kidnaps kids and murders them by stabbing them repeatedly with various pencils. Because, I don't know, he had a bad teacher who abused him and connects education with pain and tries to make a point about it, by killing children through pencils.
Police manage to free some of his would be victims, but never find him. Last scene is the guy tied up and the parent of one of the murdered kids opening a box of pencils.
That final scene would make me more uncomfortable than the other murders.
I made an extreme example to illustrate the point. An actual example would be the surgery bad end in Batman Beyond.
