Alright, because you seem confused we'll break this down.
Pedophilia doesn't actually describe an object. A person HAS pedophilia. I could look at a drawing of a naked young girl and it would not do anything to me, because I am not a pedophile.
I could watch at a video of young children playing at a park, and it would not entice me, because I am not a pedophile.
A pedophile could looking at that picture and that video and getting off to it, even thought the materials themselves are not illegal.
I don't know what was going on in that writer's head when he decided to create those episodes, but at BEST it's poorly done writing, at WORST it's his pedophilic fantasies, broadcast for the world.
I've actually worked with more than one person who struggles with this and in a sense it's like having an addiction. If you are at the point where you're still fighting about definitions, trying to justify yourself, like you're going to magically find some get out of jail free card while indulging these urges, then you're not at a place where you can get help, and you are at your most dangerous. Someone who is struggling with this should be hyper aware of what will tempt them, what will make them more likely to act.
Saying a fantasy where you romance and charm a young child (I don't feel like the PPG act/present like kindergartners, I'd say they probably appeal to people who prey on 8-9 year olds) isn't feeding that urge is idiotic and makes you a danger.
