Speaking of undeserved money, Todd's illegal business of rabies infested people, whom Todd himself got infected via his negligence, is another big stain on the show. I can't stand this jobless bum and how the writers save him obviously because it's a self-insert for his VA. Todd sucks and is a terrible unsympathetic character, much less is he funny.
