I'm so glad people whose only knowledge of religion is listening to the bible quote from Pulp Fiction, are bravely stepping forward and taking a stand on the issue
It's not like there exist religions where there is no Hell, and gods don't care what you do, but there is still a right and a wrong way to behave.
That would be just silly! It's not like the Catholic Church explicitly considered this kind of mentality a heretical interpretation of the Bible for falling squarely within the purview of gnosticism and dualism in general.
I mean don't get me wrong, I'm not a Christian, but it pisses me off when people stand on a pedestal and criticise such grand concepts as religion in general through purely Christian lenses, and then don't even have the decency to try and understand what Christianity is first.
There again, I'm not from Burgerland, so maybe this is what protestants there actually accept as their doctrine?
