>>96624873Well, it's pretty specific to my uni... but the head of the computer science school and the guy in charge of the programming streams (who I had as a lecturer for 3 or 4) were two old mates and both math PhDs. And they liked to drop some curly math into otherwise straighforward assignments.
So yeah, I wish my math was stronger going in.
