Gun to my head I'd probably go with Galactus if only because Galactus can steadily power up by consuming Unicron over the fight like he did when he ate Mephisto's realm. I think Galactus would have an easier time eating Unicron than Unicron Galactus. Galactus is just more skilled at eating weird shit for energy.

Red Tornado has silver age feats where he's rotated fast enough to keep up with Flash, and Vision doesn't have an answer for the wind elemental. Remember that Vision flies because in his phasing form he can coast on wind currents. Even in his phasing form he's going to be vulnerable to a living tornado.
