To go on a tangent, Diana has always seemed like the in between when it comes to Trinity powers. Clark has the god powers, Bruce has gadgets and training. Diana has both god powers as well as gadgets and training. The issue is that in the many misguided attempts to force her into this "like Superman, but with tits" role, the latter is neglected over the former. Like, if you need her to tank a hit from super strength, just have her block it. Y'know, with magic bracers bracers. Hell, the movie even gave them that weird shockwave thing, there's less than no excuse.
