>>96320178>>96320210I get what you're both trying to say, but I just find the character as well as the story built around him dreadfully boring.
There's no intrigue in his character to me because in the world he finds himself in to call him godlike would be downplaying how massive the amount of power he has in comparison to the characters that inhabit the world he's found himself in.
The biggest challenge he faces is from one of his own getting turned against him and I feel like that pretty much wraps all my problems with it up in a cute little bow.
The plot as I've seen it is just a string of "MC stomps legendary heroes and/or amazing enemies into paste with so little effort it makes you wonder why he even bothers" situations with the occasional look into his minions who are around as strong if not stronger in some cases.
It hasn't really inspired any will for me to look deeper into the series and I couldn't be assed to care about any of the characters because they're either part of the MC's "We're OP as fuck" club and therefore next to untouchable, or they're the unfortunate inhabitants who will be murdered or enslaved because no matter how hard they fight it's about as useful trying to drill a hole in duralumin with a single grain of sand.
TL;DR why the fuck should I care about any of these goddamn characters when they're either God tier or made of wet tissue paper?
