Kidding aside though, it's because Marvel's writers are ultra-liberals that while part of the system, get a hard-on for anything outside it. So in their actions to make Tony a villain, they just turn him into a logic-driven leader with ultimately heroic views. But in their demented minds, that makes him a fascist, hypocrite,etc, etc. Fuck, CW did nothing wrong, and Superior was mostly a jerk.
