Why do so many people love this character so much? One of my coworkers said she was the best part of the film cause "She was so random" and another person I knew loved her cause "I can't appreciate a monument built by slaves"

Like, does she have some weird witch spell where people are compulsive to love her even though her character literally had 8 lines in the film?
