Simple allegations a termination do not make - there was likely enough evidence to warrant it.

Had any of these woman gone online with what happened then people like you accuse it as being a cry for attention, and will claim they should have handled it privately. Now in this case it's all being handled privately and it's "suspicious" because no one's running to the internet with their story. They had enough evidence to fire him, that seems fairly compelling to me.
