>>96095024that's a trick question right?
Like two very obvious reasons, one is both leaders in questions are known to lie, given for different reasons, Putin's lies are calculated while Trump lies because he's either stupid or thinks everyone else is.
two, it doesn't matter what they say because the choice isn't actual up to them, shockingly the president isn't an absolute monarch and can't instantly change 70 years of foreign policy, especially when literally everyone else, congress, the state department and the military advise against that and would refuse to cooperate if Trump attempted to order something on the subject
but I suppose I shouldn't be surprised you don't actually understand something like the practicalities involved in foreign policy, Trumpists or similar populists never actual do
that's with Great Britain's populists voted for Brexit because they don't actual get how international trade works and how leaving the European Union dooms their economy
it would be amusing to watch dumb people like you constantly make the same mistake over and over again voting for obviously impossible or foolish promises either to have them backfire or be proven impossible but honestly by now its just getting kinda boring, like watching the same slack stick gag happen over and over again.
