>>96011516 said, same face, same voice, and also same(ish) power level. While Professor Venomous is -7, Laserblast and Shadowy Figure are both Lv. 8 (minus the negative for the villain). If I had to make a guess, something happened at the "Sandwich Incident" that turned Laserblast into /something/. Then he made the 'guises of Professor Venomous and Shadowy Figure to carry out plans on two personas as to not draw as much attention. It's super fucking blatant that all of these characters are one-in-the-same, it's just a matter of connecting the dots of what happened.
