I don't what to tell you if you think someone isn't entitled to take all the sick/vacation leave your company offers you. You are literally a fucking idiot not to take it, especially if you have a nice job with PAID vacations. I worked as an installer 60+ hours a week for years, and the 2 women I ever saw in that position did it just as well as the males, and I hope they got paid as much for the same work if they were performing well in those roles.
You and people who talk like this in general strike me as entitled crybabies who have worked a hell of a lot less hard that a lot of the people they make baseless assumption about, and then rage about it because they can't accept that maybe you are the super qualified hot shit you think you are.
