It pains me that they fucked this up. I've always enjoyed reading about the Inhumans in the Silver Age; they were supposed to be another angle at superpowered peoples that Kirby intended to takeoff after X-Men.
Inhumans, Mutants, Atlanteans, Celestials, Deviants, and Titans make Marvel Earth unique with all those sub-groups. The Inhumans was supposed to be the opposing end of the spectrum compared to Mutants; a well-developed civilization of superhumans who are at odds with themselves while simultaneously fending off outsiders whether Kree, Deviant, Mutant, Non-powered Humans, etc. This shit was supposed to be Game of Thrones with powers and transformations.
