First time I asked them what as his appeal, ALL of the answers were "He is my husbando" and "He is alpha!". No one mentioned a story. They all went gay. That surprised me.
Can't I mock them for it? Am I gay because Namorfags admittedly like the character for homoerotic reasons?

Namor doesn't have any of that. Only gay fans that swear that their shit husbando is an A-Lister.
