That is, if you punch someone, you'll feel the pain. If you toss a wrapper on the street, it will appear somewhere in your house. Troll people, and you'll feel the emotional pain the other would have felt.
Obvious exceptions include people voluntarily participating in sports, medical work such as surgeries, etc.
If it becomes too troublesome, I'd just create constructs that follow people around, spy on them, and prevent bad shit from happening.
Probably make myself emperor of the human world and run it according to my ideals, which would probably be considered leftist. Universal basic income, proper taxes on everything so externalities (positive or negative) are internalized in terms of price, but otherwise leave the free market relatively alone. Also a focus on education, both trade and university, sustainable technologies, space exploration, proper feeding, places for non-humans to live (and thrive) and a reduction of oppression.
Probably do a one-time reversal of climate change and reduction of pollution, toxic sites, etc.
Mental illnesses cured, modestly-priced sex changes, more funding for space exploration, and perhaps even little places for all the horrible people to have their own horrible little countries. That way everyone else can see Whiteistan, Blackistan, Islamistanc, Christistan, etc turn into total shitholes with no one else to blame.
Immortality for those who get into my good graces. Due to being such a softy, I'd probably give it to everyone, but then I'd probably have to mess with human fertility so that we don't go crazy with population. Or maybe just reduce senescence.
