That scene in "Phased and Confused" where Booster puts on the Batsuit and Diedrich uses his batvoice to say "I'M BATMAN" and Conroy Batman says "that's not what I sound like" holy fucking kek this show is great

I'm torn.

"Time Out" was easily the best episode in the series up to that point, it completely nailed Booster's character and still, they managed to make him as goofy and stupid as they want him to be in this show. Really great stuff. "Booster's Gold" however had the most offensive depiction of him I've ever seen. In anything. Dumber than in Brave and the Bold. Dumber than any "DUDE JUSTICE LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL LMAO" comic I've ever read. They combined that "hurr durr Booster only cares about the money" shit and also made him literally retarded. They didn't even attempt to make him even remotely super hero like, he might as well be a one bit villain. The episode also made me think it was going to be about the island Ollie grew up in buit wasn't either. It was an episode about nothing that spat on his previous appearance completely. Meh.

I liked Booster's Gold. I don't mind him goofing off and doing get rich quick schemes when I saw that he can still step up when shit hits the fan like in Time Out. I think trying to make a budget Jurassic Park is very Booster. And I loved the genocide at the end of the episode. He doesn't hesitate because he knows how meaningless those lives are in the the grand scheme of space-time. While Oliver can't see the bigger picture like Booster can.
