>>95008764In anon's defense the suggestion was that memories are less than reliable for them over time (even Alpha Trion sometimes doubts his own memories), which honestly wouldn't be the first time. Assuming Alpha T.'s story is the full truth, or at least that Arcee and Galvatron bit is true, they'd be really damn ancient. I don't know if I'd give Galvatron a pass on memory issues or not due to his time wallowing in the Dead Universe.
It was an interesting issue for a flashback one, and I say that as someone who is pretty damn tired of the constant stream of flashbacks these days. Is Alpha Trion reciting fact? Myth? Badly recorded history? Or even deliberately manipulating the truth to make the history lesson more poignant to the people involved? I wouldn't put it past him to use a lie, oops, sorry, I mean a STORY to teach Optimus or give him different perspective on the recent past and current events. What would be the point of the twins if he's making that up? I would hazard it incorporates the recent death of Sunstreaker's brother, a complicated family relationship at best, with Optimus' recent outright murder of Galvatron. Still seems weird nobody called him on ripping a dude's head off and dumping it on the White House lawn. Seriously, Op, take it down a notch. This isn't the Bayverse! This could be a reminder on the complicated interconnected nature of all their relationships and how their actions, however necessary they perceive them, can still have potential hidden horrors.
