I'm sure if Thor had some dwarves whip up an armor that Vision later builds up, then Hank adds some super science doodads, then Carol puts in some Kree technology, while Banner puts in some gamma power, then Hercules gets Hephaestus to fix it up, Dr Strange adds in some magic stuff, Quasar powers it up some more, then maybe Namor does the same bubbly underwater shit Aquaman did to the Hellbat, with Cap saluting it reeeeal hard then they hand it over to Tony does he get to claim his armor making is better than Bruce's?
