Commissioner Gordon is a supporting character of the Batman franchise and frequent ally of Batman himself. There have long been many who support the idea that Batman should kill his longtime nemesis, the Joker, who has committed multiple murder sprees over Batman's career, but repeatedly avoids consequences for this. This idea has been debated on /co/ many times, and in the past several years a common joke was to begin these debates with a picture of Gordon, with the poster roleplaying as Gordon asking Batman to kill the Joker.
Eventually, this joke morphed into Gordon asking Batman to instead rape the Joker. The absurdity of this concept caused the joke to catch on very quickly, with many derivatives and alternate forms created. To this day, the joke continues to spur discussion, though very rarely about the original, earnest debate about the killing of Joker.
