Can we talk about whether or not GR15 is still necessary?

It's been 5 years, the containment board is in zombie mode and filled with generals that have nothing to do with the original purpose of the board to begin with.

It feels extremely asinine that you can't even mention or refer to the one big theatrical release of a 2D-animated film in 2017 on the designated board for comics and cartoons.
Should /co/ get an exception to the rule in the form of one thread allowed on the board for show discussion, and allowing links to/images from trailers and episodes to be posted when relevant to a discussion about cartoons in general, or comparisons between them?
