>>94645470Alright, fair enough. I know now how you feel. Is it okay if we agree to disagree? Frankly, /co/ isn't the board I go on the most often, so this kind of logic isn't often seen elsewhere on 4chan. You have to realize that no matter what /co/ is like, that doesn't really extend to the rest of the site. Very often there will be racism, there will be asshats, douchebags, and pricks, but you have to remember where we are. And /co/ is no exception to the location, regardless of YOUR opinions, it's going to be like this.
That, of course is due to the nature of the site, anonymity. Like Plato's Ring of Gyges, invisiblity and anonymity will lead to selfish, unruly acts, no matter where you are here.
Now, the assumption that 2014 is when people thought that 4chan was the edgiest site on the internet where they could do whatever they wanted is not wrong. However, this is also not completely correct. Besides then, we had a lot of racism already outside of /b/. Heck, /pol/ and /new/ both broke the rules for being racist, but the mods didn't care there. It ultimately doesn't matter what you think if you don't report it, sometimes the mods will keep retarded bullshit. If you don't believe me, visit /tv/ or /v/ sometime. If the mods don't do shit, you don't mean shit.
