Alright everyone ITT, listen.
It is entirely possible he dies in the next couple of years. But it's possible he won't.
Don't go jumping to conclusions. If you're telling me not to get my hopes up because it's bad for you, I get it - but there's no need to be an edgelord about it. Say it because you care. And show a little sensitivity because the others are worried, like you, about this pretty cool guy dying.
Surely the reverse is true, though? If you go around being all pessimistic you'll end you suppressing any motivation to care and thats bad too - so if he does survive, you'll have a reppressed sense of happiness.
If youre going to tell people not to jump to conclusions, take a leaf out of your own book.
All you can do is hope, and not jump to conclusions.
That's the rational and healthy thing to do.
Pic related. This man died of bowel cancer.
He would hope.
He'd be thankful that this person he cared about survived, for now at least.
He'd look on the positives.
He'd remind himself he was still in with a chance.
Stefan is happy for now.
Let's be happy for him and stop the arguing, k?
Remember: we - I, you, the others in here - are all number one.
Let's act like it.
