But people got mad because they're fucking bigots. They got mad at the punsher creators for shooting islamic fundamentalists. They got mad at Edmnonson for being a centrist republican and doing punsiher skull art for veterans charities.
Hell, there were some fuckers who got mad at Waid for Champions #3 where they go to pakistan and punch some boko haram motherfuckers for oppressing women.
