>>94338406I don't have any data to support this statement, but I would guess that most people with extreme or harmful sexual fantasies aren't interested in carrying them out in reality, whether for practical or moral reasons. For instance, a sadist might take sexual pleasure in torturing somebody, but they would still feel guilty about hurting a non-consenting partner in real life. There's more to a person than their sexuality.
