I'm not even OP, I just agree that kids cartoons are too "safe" now. Politically correct isn't the right word for it. Lots of them use muted colors, most don't try to sneak in any jokes or references anymore (only modern examples I can think of are MLP and The Loud House), and they tend to go with safe and boring plots.
Not wanting kids cartoons to be "safe" doesn't mean I want tits honking in my face (which, if we're naming logical fallacies like this is a debate hall, that'd be a fallacy on your end), it means I want cartoons to experiment and try new things rather than stick to what's safe. Unfortunately, the scene has become even more corporate and restricted than before.
