Is Doom a brainlet? It seems to me he's all hype and no show. His tech and magic are never up to par, and he has tons of scientists working for him, whereas all the others do their science all by themselves.

Doom being in the Top 3 seems laughable if you think about it, especially if you consider Ult!Reed & High Evolutionary.
