>>93870692> Second, he learned to stop trying to be like Tony, stop being brash and reckless, and stop sacrificing so much of his personal life.Must be why the moment he learned that Adrian was the Vulture, he didn't just call Tony and let him handle this and just enjoy some time with Liz. Heck, he might have just called Tony to ask him to help instead of doing everything himself.
> The whole thing was basically a lesson of "be cool, stay in school"He pushed away everyone, EVERY SINGLE TIME, trying to tell him to be a normal kid. I don't think he was shown stopping being brash or reckless. Like anywhere in the movie, aside from the finale where it felt like it was played for comedic purpose rather than showing that he actually learning anything - especially with the whole "I-it was just a test, right?". Heck, the movie finishes with him trying on his new costume instead of showing that he indeed learned his lesson.
Dunno, I'm pretty dumb so maybe I missed something.
I mean, I'm okay with nobody dying under his watch, the lack of consequence for his acts or moral dilemma since it's a Disney movie. Heck, I found the humour not to my taste at all but even then, it's fine, I can chalk it up to taste but I dunno, I felt uneasy during the movie.
Like whatever it tried to convey was trash.
Whelp, it's a Disney movie so I don't try to think too hard about this kind of things.
