Transsexual women are men who have (hopefully, if they're claiming this title) undergone extensive medical treatment to "transition" to becoming a "woman," but even if the end result is passing, no amount of hormone therapy and cosmetic surgery will result in an actual woman, even if they fully sex-change and replace their penis with an imitation vagina.
For some transsexual women who have not undergone a sex change, the aversion of straight men to their penis is especially upsetting because it is a total and fundamental rejection of their transition and the ultimate reminder that they will never be a true woman.
This has led to the new idea being pushed by some "progressives" that straight men not liking dick is "transphobic," and that they can and should recondition their sexual preferences to accept transwomen with dicks as women.
Because it's the current year and conversion therapy is okay when it's in service of social justice, apparently.
