heres why: Excersizing costs a lot of energy and to help build muscle you need to eat, and since your using a lot of energy you have to eat to gain that energy back.
there are plenty of workouts that support legs, hams, butts, and others. if you get a personal trainer feel free to ask them for help. you can get your way to getting you a girl that not only can be THICCer but also have the ability to crush watermelons betweenst her creamy thighs.
To build muscle the pyramid method is what i do: Start off with a set (aka a group of repetitions) of 8 repititions of a weight that you feel is pretty heavy. not too heavy tho, theres more after completing the set, its important to rest a little before taking the next set. (apply this with every set you do if it takes a lot to complete it.)
its totally ok if you dont complete the full 8 set or any other set. just keep striving to achieve to complete it eventually because youre always getting stronger.
after your 8 set, for leg workouts, increase the weight by 10 pounds, 5 for arms, then do a set of 6.. once thats finished, increase the weight 10 (or 5) pounds again and do a set of 4,
after all that, time for a 2 set. but try to do AT LEAST ONE. this usually should be the hardest set to complete. But if you manage to do two, youre doing awesome. and now you completed the Pyramid!
if you manage to do 3 repetitions on the last set (the 2 set), next time for your Pyramid, the 8 set should be increased 10 pounds with legs, or 5 pounds for arms.
also its best to workout arms/ legs once every two days. (one day of rest inbetween workouts)
so on monday if you workout arms, the next time you can workout arms on wednesday. but on tuesday you can workout legs.
and remember to stay hydrated! its important. but also go at your own pace at first until you feel more comfortable
