>>93566035>I'm not making an assumption. I'm reading your words.Well you seem to be reading into them hard enough that you're finding things that weren't even written.
>Let's say someone caught him saying that. You're going to keep him employed?Well i'd probably bring in him up my crystal staircase and into my marble and gold office to ask what on earth was that about. He may have just been having a bad day and not meant what he said. I'd extend to him the same benefit of the doubt i would to any other of my wonderful employees.
>You wouldn't keep him 1: because he's probably (but not definitely) trying to fuck over part of your customer baseWell i can't fire someone because of a guess or assumption about their character. If it's a recurring issue or there actually is evidence that he's discriminating against customers or has done something to tie such an opinion to the name of the bank then of course that's fair ground for dismissal.
>and 2: because he's a nigger.Your IP has been recorded and will be sent to the internet police for saying a bad word ;^)
This whole question is literally you strawmanning me, you've made assumptions about my personality and attacked that instead of the things i've really said, especially that silly number 2 point you made.
>In the same position, I wouldn't keep him on because that's a bad image for my businessWe already agreed that it's fine to fire someone if they damage the company's image.
Also that's a really easy way to get yourself sued for wrongful dismissal, especially if the employee that informed you in the first place was making the whole story up.
>especially when it could affect my money.Oh, wouldn't want anyone harming your wealth privileges ;^)
