I think it's Mera, and the points are her crown. She's a big player in the upcoming movies, being in both JL and Aquaman.
I think the third silhouette is Captain Boomerang. I don't see cat ears, I see the edges of his hat, I see his jacket collar around his neck, and it even seems like he has the jacket "skirt" down by the waist.
