But Dib is still a pretty intelligent guy, not to mention, in his own universe, he is one of the only smart people among everyone else.
Plus, he held his own against an invader.
I feel like, after warming up to her, that would be the few reasons why Mandy would agree to go out with him, since he would be someone she can relate to (they're both surrounded by idiots all the time) and can exchange an interesting conversation with.
Not to mention, they both went through the most horrific shit you can think of, they both died a couple of times and I feel like that would be the best way to connect two people.
