So I guess this means we're gonna get a really unsatisfying ending right?>Aku gets killed in the future. Jack can't return to the past, he stays with Ashi and watches her grow old and die while he stays the same, that is if the curse doesn't go away with Aku's death, because if it does he'd probably be hit with fifty years all at once and he'd be a 80 year old man, even if he does age normally and get to live a normal life, he still fails his quest.>Jack manages to reach his goal of going to the past to kill Aku and prevent the suffering of his people and everyone else. This means Aku's future will never happen. This means Aku's future Ashi will cease to exist.
This is really worrying.
The way things are going it seems like the show will end on a barely satisfying ending after years of waiting.
Jashifags, daughterfags, I don't care what you are but you have to admit doing this can only hurt the overall narrative.
Also, the romance was really poorly executed anyway and that choice of music, while thematic, was really unfitting,
We've had better flowing romantic development from Ikra way back in season 1 and that was just Aku fucking around.
Say what you will about "foreshadowing", but if you believe this to be good development then you need better standards, the romance felt as rushed as Ashi's complete heel turn.
