Final episode Finn finally has a design change and looks older, he could be like early 20's or some shit
Jake is moving out to live with Lady, wants to settle down from the adventure lifestlye and make up for time he missed out with his gal over the years
Finn is sad but acting casual like nothings wrong
eventually Jake grabs him and they talk on top of the treehouse
Jake gets Finn to open up, Finn talks about how nervous and scared and sort of angry he is that Jake's leaving, feels sort of ashamed for feeling like this because he should be happy for his brother
Jake is like those feelings are just fine Finn, nothing wrong with being upset
Jake explains that its not the end of the world, Lady's isn't far away and they'll still see each other pretty much every day
Jake talks about how he was really scared when he went out on his own for the first time too, but being independent is also exciting and brings new opportunities, Finn's gotta look on the brightside
Jake wants Finn to make the most of it, also slyly suggests that he should start looking for a gal to fill the Jake shaped hole in the fort
end with sappy shit about how they're bros4lyfe even if Jake is moving
Finn's still sad but isn't scared anymore, he sees Jake and Lady off. This is the part where you could add in extra sappy shit if you want, like there being a big group photo of the important characters or Marceline and Bubblegum dragging Finn to a dungeon to get his mind off Jake leaving
