Tavros more relatable tbqh. He was mostly funny cringe: the character, but his problems weren't entirely of his own fabrication, like Karkat's. And he went from not involving himself in the plot, to involving himself wrong, to finally accomplishing a critical feat in a way suiting his strengths all the while obtaining personal freedom. Pretty good ending for a background character desu.

As far as I can tell, they miss the Karkat who cared about his friends, tried to be a leader, and actually wanted to be important and respected. Act 6 Karkat does nothing, travels nowhere, cares for nothing, forgets anyone who isn't Dave, and his long rambling logs contain nothing of interest whatsoever.
