Is it just me, or is there something "off" with the animation? Everything seems a little stiff and and the characters seem like there being shuffled around(i don't know i that's the right word I'm looking for). They all seem to be bouncing around or bending in a weird way.

Like, I understand it's done in Flash, but so where cartoons like Adventure Time. How could it be that cartoons from 10 years ago look better than cartoons that are modern.

I've seen this weird effect in Zombie Simpsons and even Arthur on PBS.

it think it's tweening.
when done right it looks really good like in wonder or Motorcity. I don't think the style of this show contrast's properly with the technique though.
