However, America has a comedy problem. With Twitter, all the late night shows, Youtube and any social media where people act like themselves, every single fucker is just constantly streaming in stolen jokes, repeating jokes, making shitty image macros, etc.
The things that are "treasure troves" are so easy to mock that you don't have to even mock it to be funny. But there's still lulls in-between these parts where it just becomes the same steady stream of recycled content. It's almost as if when people who think "jokes=memes" become the majority of content becomes more obnoxious and taxing.
Bush jokes were the same way, but that was over 8 years ago. You're not seeing them anywhere near the same amount.
But everyone wants to do a Trump joke, and if they're not bring fresh material to the table, then they should fuck off.
