I believe that evolutionary pressures occurred in certain populations which make them likely more to have certain traits, some of which make them as a group less suited for civilization than other groups.
I also believe multiracial societies are much worse than homogeneous ones, as the different peoples tend to form phantom ethnostates within that state which no amount of integration will ever fully combine, each vying for their own peoples interest, and if you get to a situation like the partition of India it's going to turn very messy very fast as the states effectively go to war with each other.
I believe that stereotyping is the most natural thing you could do, and just basic pattern recognition but applied to humans, key to making the best "investments" with whatever resources you have. If I only had the information that one person is black and one is East Asian, I am going to bet my resources on the Asian every single time. If I have more information that may change.
That's pretty much full on racist mate. Just because I don't hold it like a religion and believe that other races shouldn't be treated as human, or believe that a person's race matters more than who they are doesn't mean I'm not as racist as they come.
