Just got done watching this show from start to finish.

Is it weird that I only started enjoying this show with the Ludo episodes? I just found Star's magic abuse and getting away with it because muh potential utterly enraging, while I appreciated the struggle of the little shit. It was nice to see Star finally start to lose in season 2, but it looks like she's only falling apart rather than growing from the experience.

And to join with the ever present shipping wars, I gotta go with Hekapoo. Can't beat 16 years together m8

I can agree with that; I actually like Ludo too.

I just don't really feel like he comes off as extremely sympathetic. More sympathetic now than in the first season, but the whole lust for power etc. kind of balances it out a bit.

I think Star tossing him into a random space portal actually comes off more shitty in retrospect than it did at the time, considering he starved in the wilderness and is now apparently traumatized by it going by his reaction to the portal in Bon Bon. So I guess he is more sympathetic than her in that instance. But it could be said that him stealing the spellbook from her and indirectly leading to Toffee's return (plus whatever happens to Star in the finale) is sort of her punishment for that too.

I just don't see his whole quest for power as sympathetic considering it's not even a case of wanting it for all monsters in general. Sympathetic motives but I'm not exactly going to be broken up by him not winning.

Okay so let me get this straight

Star is going to fuck up so hard in the season finale that she'll have a total meltdown, and with everybody brushing off her problems as something she can get over easily, it will cause a giant disaster. Star either becomes corrupted or magic itself gets corrupted by Toffee because of Star. MHC will be destroyed in the "fallout" of this event.

and yeah, marco isnt dumb for going for jackie over star, its just the natural response. but we as the viewers see what star and marco dont see yet, their incredibly good and natural dynamic that fits like a glove, but star and marco arent privy to what the audience can see, and the plot should be about unfolding it slowly

Though I will fairly admit we don't understand the nature of Eclipsa's corruption at all. Not enough has been revealed. All we know if that negative is Green, and Eclipsa color is purple. And before the point of ludo is made, I believe the green comes heavily from Toffee's influence.

Ludo is going to become a good guy after getting screwed over by Toffee for the second time.

It's like history is repeating itself with him, he's rebuilt his power now but it was again all at the behest of Toffee. Again Toffee is leading him by the nose (this time through the wand). After losing everything he built again because of Toffee he'll join up with the good guys to stop Toffee in a 'the enemy of my enemy' type of way, then he'll become a good guy proper after realizing that he likes being a good guy.

Green can easily be used as a sinister color. It's a very direct color, and overpowering color when used correct.

Red on the otherhand is as I understand it, doesn't function well as the primary color of negativity. Red as evil is used more often as teh secondary color, or the essense color. Character in black with red glow or lining, or red indicating blood. Red can but enthasis to evil, but otherwise red generally implies a passion or warmth, rather than aggression.

The one benefit we have is that Star vs is quite good at twisting tropes. It tends to hit the same cords as a standard story, but the way it goes about things always catchs off guard. Like the Marco being the 3rd wheel thing (Which I fucking called, by the way)

But at the same time, the last dance is a pretty noteworthy deathflag, so to use it then subvert it would be like selling someone a vibrator, but not the include batteries.

It's not surprising. Shippers tend to be more on edge in matters that involve their ship, especially when they're invested in it. My advice is this: relax. Things change rapidly in this show, and we still have two episodes and a season left. Starco is the most popular ship in the fandom, hell I think Marco's voice actor ships it. I doubt it will die so easily.

This will probably the most difficult thing to approach and complete in a convincing manner. If the writers can come up with a very smooth and believable transition from Jackie to Star when ti comes to romance, the show should receive an Annie Award or something.

So many shows tend to fuck up romance and make it cheesy and very simple. So far they handle it unlike any other show in recent memory.

The easiest way is for Jackie to see what the rest of us see. Marco spends his life with Star and thinks about her to such an extent that it gets in his life, to the point that even if he verbally said Jackie was #1, she would know in his head "Star" would be at the top.

That being said, I could see Jarco being the endgame if themes about Star accepting that not everything will go your way and about her maturing past her crush come into play.

Except some people acknowledge that it's possible to deeply care for someone without it being romantic. I have friends I would genuinely drop what I'm doing to help them but I certainly don't love them romantically. Relationships are a complicated beast and many shows will never be able to properly capture them. Part of the reason I want Jarco to stay canon is because Marco has already acknowledged flaws with his crush on Jackie but he still cared for her and Jackie is a true antithesis of a main character crush in that she isn't mean spirited or jealous. Plus, it would serve as excellent character development for Star

It'd be possible that him realizing his feelings for Star would be the reason they broke up, but it'd be a slow burner. Marco would likely not have too much difficult admitting he liked star to himself, but to tell Jackie would probably be an extremely difficult and painful task.

Though he'd actually have to like Star first, and I'm exceptionally iffy on that.

end. Remember that up until Just Friends, Star has been in full support of Jarco, and is only now beginning to realize she has feelings for Marco. The "can't always get what you want" moral doesn't seem like the right thing to apply in this sort of situation. Besides which, even now Marco seems to be thinking of Star first. It's possible that he may not be truly ready for a relationship with Jackie. That may be just me, however.

In a nutshell, they played a commercial with a song (Dies Irae), some anon goy bored and started with religious symbolism. It got to the predctable conclusion (Star is probably evil, Marco and Star will probably fight).
It gets crazy because the symbolism is continuing to pile on, with no contrasting evidence in sight, right before the episode where Star may potentially Heel turn.

We have the speed of light, but we haven't specified a medium. However, the equation for refractive index is n = c/v, where we have already solved for c but are missing v. Since we are now solving for frequency instead of viscosity for the varable v, we can also use the equation f = v/? to identify what the frequency is.

If we had any idea what the material we're trying to solve for is, we could try to compute for a wavelength of 589 nm.

That's the catch 22, Jackie has been shown to basically be perfect.

But let's look at this from a narrative standpoint and ask why that is. The shows formula has been to show characters as a bit more realistic. Every character that's important has their goods and bads, cept Jackie. She's literally been shown as nothing but good. So what does this mean?

It either means that she truly is a perfect person, or that she does have flaws, but does her best to hide them when on camera, aka when Marco is around. Her being a chill, mature person further helps push both that she is perfect, or good at hiding what flaws she does have, which makes us have difficulty figuring out what. Star vs subscribes to the philosophy "Do, don't tell" after all.

As I see it, if Jarco ends, it will happen in one of three different ways.

a. Jackie is actually perfect, sees the relationship between Marco and Star and decided the moral thing to do is to cuts things off. In this case Marco might choose to blame Star for the breakup.
b. Marco slowly realizes something about the relationship seems off, and after some pushing to keep things workings, Marco decides to ends the relationship. In this case, the roles can be reversed, and if Jackie does the dumping, it would be like a hammer down on Marco.
c. Somehow Marco realizes he has emotions for Star and the chaos in his head following loving both Jackie and Star starts to dig into him. In this scenario, either character might do the breaking up, and there's a good chance Marco does damage to his relationship with Star and/or Jackie, by lashing out.

There are of course other options here, but Star vs does things slow burn style, so I wouldn't expect anything fast.

Whether these things will lead to starco, I'm not sure. What I do know is that right now, more conflict between Star and Marco means more points for Jarco, simply because Marco and use Jackie for venting and emotional support.

a Taylor series is just an approximation of an equation with a variable in it. Wolfram does them for you and they generally dont have any meaning unless you know what you're putting in.

each term is just the (nth derivative of f)*((cv)**n) / term#! since there's no point in your equation. Ergo c, n, v are variables and have no meaning. e (might) be eulers #, f is a function that's being derived, they made v = 0 giving it no real meaning.
