I'd start out with good intentions and quickly turn into a supervillain.
I'm married, I can't tell my wife to do anything because she'll remember if she's forced to do something and hate me for it. Like Kilgrave I'll end up incapable of truly having a true relationship with anyone, any friends, because of the power I have over people and exercise with a slip of the tongue and they'll remember being used and exploited no matter what I make them do.
Sure, I'd go around asking people if they're criminals and what they've done and tell them to kill themselves but I'm just as likely going to get revenge against people who slight me. Money's no object anymore because I can easily find some rich asshole douchebag and take their wealth.
I'd probably also go around telling everyone I meet to tell the truth and only the truth for however long my powers last just to see if that makes things better or worse. Especially when meeting a politician is easy when you walk into their office and tell them to give a 100% honest interview to the press.
I'd probably see the murder/suicide rate skyrocket and once I'm dead there will be no meaningful change to society.
