>>89397477Look, I'm using both the words sex and consent loosely, but even still I can personally attest that you're just wrong.
I was a kid that knew about sex, wanted it, and sought it out. Not all sex is penetrative and its sure as hell not always physically damaging if done "right". You could argue that I couldn't fully appreciate the weight of it at that age, but what DOESN'T that apply to?
In my experience once introduced to sex in a
"positive" way, many (obviously not all) children react with curiosity and interest.
Now I still think this is wrong. Introducing children to sex early on can fuck them up mentally. Its bad don't do it. But its not the same as holding down a screaming kid and ramming your dick in them?
I've also always felt that around half of the negative affects of sex with children exist BECAUSE of the taboo. Pedophiles wouldn't try to abuse children into keeping it a secret if they weren't worried about being caught, and I personally know that constantly telling a kid something they felt was a positive experience should have been traumatic and makes them a victim is damaging mentally.
Thats not to say I want to get rid of the taboo, it is wrong and even if the problems with child sex that stem from the taboo went away, the other problems would still make it wrong,
All I'm saying is that not there is a difference. Both are bad, one is worse.
