My biggest issue was how a lot of characters and plot points from Hickman's Avengers run were almost totally disregarded in the final product. I would have killed to see some of his Avengers survive and take the fight to Doom. Even if they died, I still would have enjoyed it, because it could have transitioned easier to a FF story. My second complaint is the lack of X-Characters in the final product. I mean, Cyclops was good, in the short time he was written, but I wish that we could have seen more of him and have the Phoenix Motif properly used within the story, with Doom killing him but Scott rises again, taking the fight to Doom. In fact, I think a lot of Anons said this and I agree. If Maximus' part in the story as the rebel leader had been taken by Scott, it would be a lot more fitting.
My third and final complaint is that it did not seem that Hickman played with the setting as much as he could. He could have introduced new characters, re-imaginings of old ones from various parts of Battleworld and have them team up with what was left of the heroes from the old universe.
I wish though that we could have had more time with the Siege cast. That story was brilliant and I loved the chemistry between the characters. If a SHIELD book had been written with the survivors of that cast coming to 616 or traveling the multiverse, I would buy the shit out of it.
