For example, Samurai Jack is A+ on Action and Situational Comedy, but beyond the first three episodes there's really no plot to speak of. PPG and Dexters Lab, also from the same era, have roughly the same pros and cons, with a little less action and a little more sketch comedy (i.e. episodes explicitly made to be funny rather than just episodes having jokes in them)
Essentially this fucker is comparing apples and oranges, and on top of that has several points of terrible taste and has shows ranging over 20 years with vastly different budgets and goals.
