Considering the sisters are arguably more popular than Lincoln, there's hope that come Season 3 they'll be given some more focus and in turn depth,
I would argue that Lana of all sisters is actually the least one-dimensional so far and that's despite only really having one episode focused on her (she's a scruffy handyman tomboy who is eager to help people and takes the responsibilities on of looking after the pets, but is also self-conscious about "not being like other girls" like her twin is) while Luna is the most one-dimensional (She plays music, quotes a song title or Mick Swagger, and then plays more music. Even her two episodes have just been "Goes to all the music concerts because she went to see Mick Swagger and loved it" and "Wants to play music concert so that Swagger-Senpai will notice me."
