>>86867150>Batman vs SupermanNigh-incomprehensible mess full of pretentious diaogue and cinematic techniques, a flimsy plot/conflict and very little delivery of what it promised. Batman was good, though. Can't forgive what they did to Superman as a Superman fan.

>Civil WarSurprisingly managed to pul off having so many characters in it to ultimately delivery a surprisingly character-driven movie with a great performance from Robert Downey Jr. especially. Struck a great balance of action, drama and fanservice and I didn't leave feeling cheated.

>DeadpoolAvoided almost everything that comics did to ruin the character in recent years to deliver a tight, entertaining and funny film that simultaneously delivers on its promises, nails the character and leaves you wanting more. As a Deadpool fan, I couldn't have been happier.
9/10
>Suicide SquadTried too hard to be something it never was. The result was a mess of a movie that was tonally, narratively and stylistically at odds with itself, always building up but never really satisfying. A waste of what would otherwise be a good cast, Joker was tacked on and unnecessary for the most part and I was bored most of the way through. Soundtrack and performances are alll that make it salvagable.
3/10
>ApocalypseA disappointment after First Class and Days of Future Past. Too much focus given to Mystique and not nearly enough to the new characters or Apocalypse. The plot was, again, stepping all over itself and it never really felt like there was any gravity. A lot of rehashing old shit and hoping it would work but there were some entertaining bits.

>Doctor StrangePretty hyped. I don't like Cumberbatch but the SFX looks great and it seems like they're gonna go full ham on the magic side of the MCU.
