So, this show is funny and all, and sometimes it's even sweet, but so far (I'm on s01e13) it seems like every episode goes as follows:
>Dipper wants something.
>Tries to get it.
>Mabel wants something else.
>Dipper does what he wants.
>It screws over Mabel and possibly himself.
>Dipper realizes he fucked up because he's supposed to be kissing Mabel's ass and giving her everything she wants.
>In order to fix things, he embarrasses himself, gets beat up, and/or otherwise feels like a jackass.
>But his sister loves him so he's not supposed to want anything else from life.
